Policies

Legal entity and platform

Aqua Tech Resources LLC provides the public business website, technical and training services described on the site, and OperatorCore. OperatorCore is a product and platform name and is not a separate legal entity.

Professional, operational, and safety notice

Website and OperatorCore resources are general support tools. They do not replace approved facility procedures, permits, laws, regulations, manufacturer instructions, professional engineering, laboratory quality systems, qualified operator judgment, electrical-safety programs, or emergency plans. Users must verify calculations, records, instructions, recipients, and operating decisions against current site-specific requirements.

No emergency service

Aqua Tech Resources and OperatorCore do not provide emergency dispatch, continuous monitoring, or automatic regulatory notification. For an emergency, spill, release, public-health threat, electrical hazard, confined-space incident, or other urgent condition, follow the facility emergency plan and contact the appropriate emergency service, facility leadership, regulator, manufacturer, engineer, or qualified responder.

Service agreements

Website descriptions and OperatorCore access do not by themselves create a consulting, engineering, maintenance, operator-of-record, training, or other professional-services engagement. Client work is controlled by the applicable written proposal, scope, purchase order, agreement, permit responsibilities, and authorized changes.

Copyright and brand notice

Unless otherwise identified, original website and OperatorCore software, text, forms, procedures, graphics, and branding are owned by or licensed to Aqua Tech Resources LLC. Third-party names, marks, standards, equipment information, videos, links, and resources remain the property and responsibility of their respective owners.

Not legal advice

These policy pages describe current platform practices and general conditions of use; they are not legal advice to users or client organizations. Organizations remain responsible for requirements that apply to their records, public-records duties, retention schedules, privacy obligations, subscriptions, employment practices, and regulated operations, and should consult qualified legal counsel when needed.

Policy review

These pages are reviewed as the website, OperatorCore, services, data practices, and applicable requirements change. A posted review date shows the most recent completed review; it is not a guarantee that every legal requirement has been interpreted for every user or jurisdiction.
