OperatorCore Support

Get help with your account, app installation, operator forms, maintenance tools, calculators, training, or technical problems.

Common support topics

Account access

Use Forgot Password on the sign-in page if you cannot access your account. Sign-in also requires a six-digit code sent by email, so check spam or junk folders. A trusted device can skip the code for up to 30 days.

Assets and attachments

Asset records may include up to three JPG, PNG, WebP, or PDF files, with a maximum size of 1 MB each. Organization assets and work orders are available only within the assigned organization and to authorized platform administrators.

Install OperatorCore

On Android, open the OperatorCore page in Chrome and use Install OperatorCore or Chrome’s Install app option. On iPhone or iPad, open the page in Safari, use Share, and choose Add to Home Screen.

Replace the former Aqua Tech app

Previously installed Aqua Tech apps may keep their old name or icon. They cannot be reliably renamed from the website after installation. Uninstall the former app, return to the current OperatorCore page in Chrome or Safari, and install OperatorCore again. Uninstalling removes local app data but does not close your account or delete server-stored records.

Forms and drafts

In-progress supported forms may save on the current device. Saved or submitted records may also appear in your OperatorCore account. Use Clear Form to delete a local draft, and review delivery email addresses before submitting.

Calculators and results

Confirm inputs, units, facility conditions, and current requirements. If a result appears wrong, send the calculator name, inputs, expected result, and a screenshot.

Training and demo access

Course assignments and private demo features depend on account permissions. Contact your organization administrator or Aqua Tech Resources if an expected feature is missing.

Browser troubleshooting

Refresh the page, confirm internet access, update the browser, and try signing out and back in. For weather, map, or routing tools, confirm that location permission is enabled or enter a location manually. Include the device, browser, page, and exact error when requesting help.

Contact support

Email info@aquatechresources.com or call 440-539-8273.

For faster help, include your name, account email, device and browser, the OperatorCore page or feature involved, what you expected, what happened, and any visible error message. Do not email passwords, verification codes, or sensitive facility information.

Response and availability

Support requests are reviewed as availability permits. Support does not provide emergency response, continuous system monitoring, or guaranteed immediate resolution.

Today dashboard and facility view

Subscribed users normally open on Today, which summarizes due and overdue maintenance, active operational rounds or calibrations, pending laboratory work, records awaiting review, the user’s open maintenance records, and device-local unsynced drafts. The facility selection filters the Today view and is remembered on the current device for new forms; it does not change existing records. If expected work is missing, clear the facility filter and confirm that you are signed in to the correct account and organization. A preventive-maintenance generation warning means the latest scheduled update did not finish; review existing work orders and contact support before relying on the schedule.

Cross-device conflicts and saved history

If OperatorCore reports that a form was updated on another device, it has rejected the stale save instead of overwriting the newer server record. Keep the page open to preserve the entries on that device, then reload the latest saved form and reconcile the differences. For supported records, the signed-in record owner can use Recover from saved history to view the 20 most recent prior versions and selectively copy eligible entries into the open form. Review every recovered value. Recovery does not restore protected identity, confirmation, or locked fields and does not sign or complete the form.

QR scanner camera help

From QR Scanner, choose Start camera, Take QR photo, or Scan saved photo. Camera and photo decoding stays on the device. Closing the scanner or hiding the page stops the live camera. If access fails, allow camera permission for the site, close any app already using the camera, and retry in the full browser rather than an embedded browser.

Process Data charts

The Operations page builds Process Data charts from saved operational records associated with the signed-in account or organization. Available measurements may include pH, dissolved oxygen, influent and effluent temperature, Reactive Phosphorus, Total Phosphorus, MLSS, and SVI when matching readings have been recorded. Use the facility, date-range, and measurement controls to choose the data shown. The seven-day view shows individual readings; longer ranges show daily averages, and selecting a point shows its average, high, and low. Use the chart legend to hide or show influent, effluent, composite, or process series. Charts are operational aids and must be checked against the underlying records before use for reporting or compliance decisions.

Security PIN and recovery

Your four-digit PIN is used to confirm sensitive actions and identify the operator, sampler, or analyst entering information. Keep it private. If you forget it, use PIN recovery while signed in, answer all three recovery questions, and check the registered account email. Recovery attempts are limited. If you receive a PIN email you did not request, change your account password and contact support. The PIN does not replace your password or emailed sign-in code.

Weekly process records

Organizations using weekly process workflows may find dated process-round, calibration, plant-inspection, wasting, MLSS, settleometer, SOUR, and related laboratory drafts in the account. Open records can save entered fields to the account; verify that the form shows a saved status before leaving the page. Some linked records or work orders appear only after a user chooses to create them. Review all identities, times, readings, dates, and links before closing or emailing a record. An automatically created or PIN-attributed entry does not by itself mean the work was performed.

Preventive-maintenance schedules

Eligible organization users and paid independent operators can create one-time or recurring preventive-maintenance schedules. Confirm the task instructions, asset or location, first due date, recurrence, advance-creation period, and optional end date before saving. Each occurrence becomes a separate dated work order. Pause or cancel a schedule to stop future generation; work orders already created remain available and must be managed separately. A generated work order does not confirm that maintenance was performed.

Organization form customization

Organization administrators can use Form Customization to create forms, add or configure eligible fields, change layouts, set IF conditions, and define child forms. Measurement Units sets an allowable minimum, maximum, and decimal precision for an existing unit across the organization’s matching numeric fields; it does not rename or convert the unit. Range warnings allow the entered reading to remain in the record.

Use Edit form layout from the organization administration workflow to rearrange sections and fields or remove and restore optional items. Identification, personnel, date, confirmation, and other protected fields cannot be removed through ordinary field settings. Create a child form only after its required fields exist, map each parent field to one child field, and review copied values when the child is created. Later parent edits do not update the child automatically. Closed organization-created records retain their stored field definitions for context and open as records rather than starting a new form.

Facility permits and reading flags

An organization administrator can open Permit Limits from the organization administration area and configure the state, issuing agency, facility and permit details, receiving waters, monitoring locations, phases, parameters, units, limits, sampling requirements, and seasonal months. A protected permit-reference PDF may also be attached. OperatorCore may flag supported readings that appear outside a configured instantaneous range. Verify every setting against the current permit and regulator instructions; a flag does not determine compliance or submit information to a regulator.

Asset QR labels and scanner

Open Asset Collection and choose Print QR Labels to create labels organized by facility, building or area, asset, and component. From the main menu, open QR Scanner and allow camera access or select a QR-code photo. Camera and photo decoding occurs on the device; closing the scanner stops the camera. Scanning an OperatorCore asset label opens the asset detail and work-history page. The person scanning must sign in with an active account authorized for that organization. A QR label does not bypass permissions and should not replace approved safety, isolation, or equipment-identification controls.

Deleted forms and work orders

Supported forms and work orders are normally hidden after deletion. An authorized organization administrator may restore them for up to 30 days. After that period, they may be permanently removed. Contact your organization administrator promptly if a record was deleted by mistake.

Managed weather and service requests

If your organization has Managed WeatherLink access, ask an organization administrator to connect the facility's WeatherLink API credentials and assign its station. The dashboard and Site Weather use that assignment; disabling the add-on retains the connection settings for later reactivation. For a service request, select the facility and equipment or area, describe the issue, and submit it from OperatorCore. Your recent requests appear on that page. Report an urgent safety concern through your facility's immediate notification process as well.

Emergency and safety issues

Do not use this support page for emergencies, active spills or releases, immediate public-health threats, electrical hazards, confined-space incidents, or other urgent conditions. Follow the facility emergency plan and contact emergency services, facility leadership, the appropriate regulator, or another qualified responder.
